Transnational Institute<\/span><\/div>\n<section>\n<div>\n<p>This report draws on discussions at a workshop on Human Rights and Illicit Cultivation, which took place on 15 December 2017 in Chiang Rai (Thailand). The workshop was organized by the Transnational Institute (TNI) in collaboration with the GIZ Global Partnership on Drug Policies and Development (GPDPD), implemented on behalf of the Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of the Federal Republic of Germany.
