European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction<\/span><\/div>\n<section>\n<div>\n<p>This key document, which sets the direction of travel for the agency in the long term, envisages the adoption of a new International Cooperation Framework, which will guide the activities of agencies in the area of international cooperation, updating the International Cooperation Strategy adopted in 2007 and the accompanying 2009 implementation document for third countries.
