European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction<\/span><\/div>\n<section>\n<div>\n<p>Using trendspotter methodology, this report explores signs of increasing availability and consumption of cocaine in Europe, in an effort to increase our understanding of recent changes in the cocaine market.
