World Health Organization<\/span><\/div>\n<section>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The World Health Organization (WHO), in collaboration with international partners, launched the SAFER initiative in 2018 alongside the United Nations third high-level meeting on prevention and control of noncommunicable diseases (NCDs).
