El libro, aborda estos temas, resultado de dos a\u00f1os de investigaci\u00f3n del CEDD\u2014grupo integrado por investigadores de 11 pa\u00edses de Am\u00e9rica Latina, la Oficina en Washington para Asuntos Latinoamericanos (WOLA por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) y el Instituto Transnacional (TNI por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s).
